MoveYourAssets (“the App”) is developed by an independent developer. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights.
Short answer: we don’t collect your data. All workout data (routes, distance, pace, duration, heart rate) is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. No data is transmitted to any server owned or operated by the developer.
The App uses GPS location only during active workouts to record your route, calculate distance, pace and speed. Location data is:

HealthKit data is governed by Apple’s privacy policies and is never accessible to the developer.
The App uses the Open-Meteo API to provide weather forecasts. Only your approximate geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude) are sent to Open-Meteo to retrieve localised weather. No personal information, device identifiers or other data is transmitted.
The App contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, no tracking pixels, and no third-party data collection of any kind.
The App does not require any account, email address, or registration. You can use all features immediately after installation.
All data is stored on your device. To delete all data, simply delete your workouts within the App or uninstall the App. No data will remain on any server because no data was ever sent to one.
The App does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, no special provisions are necessary.
If this Privacy Policy is updated, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
